These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Signvoy Inc. (“Signvoy”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@signvoy.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or that you are not authorized to share.
• Send documents for signature to people who have not agreed to receive them, or otherwise abuse our email delivery.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Signvoy is designed to create signatures that are legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, the EU eIDAS regulation, and comparable laws in many jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a given document and for complying with any law specific to your use case. Signvoy does not provide legal advice, and certain documents (for example some wills, deeds, and court filings) may require traditional signatures.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the plan reverts to the free tier or is closed.

Signvoy and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every legal requirement applicable to your documents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signvoy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
