Yes. Signvoy signatures comply with eIDAS (EU), ESIGN Act and UETA (US), and equivalent legislation in over 40 countries. Every completed envelope includes a tamper-evident audit certificate with a SHA-256 hash, signer IP, timestamp, and full event log.

No. Signers receive a unique signing link via email and complete their fields in the browser. No accounts, downloads, or installs required. Senders need an account to create envelopes and access templates.

All documents and metadata are stored in AWS (us-east-1 and eu-west-1, with regional pinning available on Business). Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are SOC-2 Type II audited.

Of course. You can downgrade or cancel directly from your dashboard. We don't lock you into annual contracts on monthly plans, and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
